Officially started the keto diet this week and today has been a killer. Hungry all day with constant cravings.
Brekkie – 3 eggs and bacon fried in coconut oil
Lunch – tuna salad and mayo
Dinner – meatballs and spinach omelette.
I think I need to cut out the processed meat at somepoint, but to start, it’s my go to food.
Also, water, water and more water is the name of the game.
