Ok so approximately 10 days into this new way of eating and I am down 7lbs. I know it’s mostly water weight but still it’s enthusing to see the scale going down for a change.
My daily calorie aim is roughly 2000-2200, with max 5% of that coming from carbs. The craving for carbs has definitely disappeared, but I do need to make sure I eat enough healthy greens as it’s very easy to just snack on high fat foods.
I’m going to post some creations and links to the recipes of tasty meals we’ve made, including courgette hash browns, cauliflower based pizza, Keto chocolate cake and others. Currently we are playing about making a bread from milled flax seeds, so will post that when the recipes been perfected.
