PROTEIN: 9g
FAT: 18g
FIBRE: 2g
CARBS: 5g

2 large tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp (15g) toasted seeds or nuts of your choice
(sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
Small handful of berries
(raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or blueberries, according to what is in season)

Assemble in a bowl and tuck in!
